Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, email support@vireluno.com. We will send the return instructions.

The customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchanges are not accepted.

For a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Vireluno issues a full refund and the item does not need to be returned. Contact us within 30 days after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

For these confirmed issues, we issue the full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after we confirm the issue. We notify you of that confirmation by email. For this deadline, business days mean Monday through Friday, counted from the next such day after confirmation. This is the deadline for issuing the refund.

For standard returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Inspection is included in this period and does not add extra days.
