Vireluno is operated by PRIME DOLLAR LLC. This policy describes information used for checkout, contact, email sign-up and privacy requests on Vireluno.com.
Orders and checkout
Checkout asks for your name, email address or mobile phone number, delivery address and payment details. This information is used to process the purchase, deliver the order and send order updates. The storefront and checkout use Shopify. Express payment options shown in checkout use their respective providers.
How form information is used
Information sent through the Contact page is used to respond to your product or order question. An email address entered in the sign-up form is used for the Vireluno mailing list.
Storefront services
The storefront includes Shopify services and Simprosys tracking tags for store measurement and marketing. Consentmo provides the privacy request forms. See the Cookie Policy for the available controls.
Contact and email forms
The contact form asks for an email address and includes fields for your name, phone number, order number, topic and message. The email sign-up form asks for an email address.
Privacy request forms
The privacy request forms use Consentmo. When a request is submitted, the form sends the request information and an IP address to Consentmo.

How long we keep information
We keep order information while it is needed to fulfil and support the purchase, handle returns or disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We keep contact messages and privacy-request information while needed to resolve the request and carry out your choices. Mailing-list information is used while you remain subscribed; after you unsubscribe, we stop using it for marketing and keep only the information needed to honour that choice or meet a legal obligation.
When these purposes end, we review the information under our control and delete or anonymize what is no longer needed. If an applicable legal obligation or an unresolved dispute requires continued retention, we keep only the relevant information for that purpose and review it when that requirement ends. Retention and deletion involving service providers are handled through the controls and request procedures available for those services.
